Webedia acquires Cyprien and Norman with the acquisition of Mixicom
The July rumor has been confirmed, Webedia, Véronique Morali’s group, already owner of AlloCiné, 750g, or Jeuxvideo.com, continues its acquisitions with that of Mixicom. Created in 2004, Mixicom is a communication agency specializing in the production of brand magazines. Mixicom works for Leclerc, Auchan, Casino, Fnac, But, Micromania. Mixicom is also an online magazine network including JeuxActu.com, and has for several years specialized in the monetization of channels on YouTube.
Founded by Anne Duval and Thierry Boyer Mixicom operates the marketing of the Youtube spaces Cypriengaming, Squeezie, Cyprien, Filmsactu, jeuxactu. Through its 30 million subscribers (Cyprien (7.7 million subscribers), Norman (6.3 million subscribers) and Squeezie (4.5 million subscribers)), Mixicom has more than 6 billion videos viewed, and has a turnover of around 17 million euros.
