ViaDirect digitizes public places with connected terminals

by bold-lichterman

ViaDirect is a Parisian company that develops terminals for places with high traffic (airport, shopping centers, etc.). Objective: to guide visitors with a touch screen connected to all the services available in real time around them (orientation, prices in stores, availability, etc.). “About 5% of visitors to a public place consult our tables” assures the co-founder.

As for the economic model, ViaDirect sells its tables in B2B for a price of between 10,000 and 15,000 euros (furniture, technology, license software), to which must be added 10% for maintenance. The company achieves 4 million euros in turnover. To grow, it wants to strengthen internationally while it is already present in Russia or China. More details with Renaud de La Baume, the co-founder.
