Ve Interactive acquires GDM Digital to strengthen its position in online advertising

12 million pounds or 15 million euros: a substantial sum that has just been paid Ve Interactive to acquire GDM Digital. Of British origin and established in France since last year, Ve Interactive publishes a conversion optimization platform for e-merchants. Thanks to this acquisition, it will strengthen its offer in terms of online advertising. More specifically, on performance trading and the development of RTB media campaigns.

GDM is currently working with companies like Microsoft, Coral, Lufthansa, IBM, Virgin Active or Audi. “The 42 GDM employees will all be part of the Ve team,” assures the English company, which already employs around 450 people. Ed Stevens, the current CEO of GDM Digital, also a co-founder, will become the commercial director of Ve Interactive.

GDM Digital’s activity will be absorbed into the VeAds offer

“During the transition, GDM will continue to operate under its name, before being absorbed into the VeAds offering from Ve Interactive. The acquisition of GDM comes after the opening of the Japanese office of Ve Interactive, the sixth in Asia Pacific after Shanghai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Melbourne and Vietnam ”specifies Ve Interactive.

GDM digital was born in 2008 and specializes in online advertising campaigns. It has offices in London, New York, Paris and Köln (Germany).
