The French group Accor has just bought the French start-up Wipolo which publishes a logbook application: reservations (hotels, car rentals, etc.), itineraries, transport disruptions (train, plane, etc.), follow-up with friends, etc. To load this information into the application, e-mails reservation must be transferred to a dedicated address in order to be analyzed and loaded automatically.
This acquisition is part of the “Leading Digital Hospitality” plan which aims to strengthen the group in digital technology. The transaction amount was not sent.
