PacketAI, a startup specializing in IT monitoring, is raising € 2.1 million from Aster Capital, BNP Paribas Developpement, Entrepreneur first and SGPA (the family office of Jean-Paul Guisset).

Launched in 2018 by Hardik Thakkar and Abdelhadi Azzouni, PacketAI is developing an IT monitoring solution using deep learning. It is mainly intended for engineers in companies since it allows to analyze a large amount of data and thus to streamline their work. PacketAI also develops algorithms which, through data processing, predict computer incidents.

I had to face within my last startup not only scalability management issues but also database failure when I was working at Uber. Each incident had similarities. We encountered difficulties because the monitoring and resolution was mainly reactive and carried out by humans», Comments Hardik Thakkar.

The Parisian startup wishes through this fundraising to recruit employees for its sales team and to continue developing its solution, the first version of which is available to the public on the market for 2020.
