The online travel certificate generator raises the question of personal data

Johann Pardanaud, developer at Batch, created the code on which the Ministry of the Interior was based for the generator of online travel certificates. “As soon as I made the generator available to the public, it was talked about. The government decided to ban digital certificates because many generators were launching. The government wanted to prevent the French from having their personal data stolen. As far as my code is concerned, the generation of the certificate is done entirely on your browser. The data is not sent to a server », highlights Johann Pardanaud, developer at Batch. The question of data is indeed sensitive since to complete the certificate, you must enter your identity, address and the reason for travel.
