The market

Founded in 2011 by Matthieu Mallédant and Sébastien Duré, Télécom Santé advises the management teams of healthcare establishments on the development of their digital tools to improve patient care and monitoring, and simplify the work of hospital staff. To help establishments, the company has developed several solutions aimed at optimizing the daily lives of patients and members of the healthcare team. Each year, Télécom Santé claims to invest more than 1.5 million euros in research and development.

The Breton company has notably developed MediaScreen, which offers communication and entertainment services to hospitalized people. Thanks to this solution, Télécom Santé claims to have equipped more than 2,000 beds with multimedia terminals. The company also designed the BabyCam, which allows parents to keep an eye on their baby when it has been placed in the neonatal ward. Last year, the young Breton shoot stood out by presenting its connected bed, which allows you to follow up a sick person or an elderly person everywhere in their room, in order to optimize care of the patient.

The objectives of the Start-up

With this funding round, Télécom Santé plans to consolidate its position on the French market by expanding the network of hospitals using its solutions. The company also plans to make several acquisitions to complete its offering in the hospital market.
