Talentsoft wants to double its turnover, to 50 million euros
HRDs do their job in a changing regulatory environment and which requires a mountain of administrative procedures. These are precisely the issues that Talentsoft wants to address, a French company that develops solutions for human resources departments. From the management of recruitments, internal mobility or even training, the company has set itself the task of centralizing the multitude of information that HRDs need.
“It would be unthinkable for a CFO not to have access, for example, to the accounts of a subsidiary. However, today, a HRD has difficulty knowing human capital: skills, history, past, aspirations of employees … He must go in the corridors or make phone calls to find out more. Talentsoft brings a system that consolidates all this information», Explains to Frenchweb Jean-Stéphane Arcis, the CEO.
Despite competition from giants like Oracle and SAP, Talentsoft has managed to convince major accounts. Among its customers, we find in particular the La Poste group, Groupama and the daily The team. The SNCF, for example, thus uses its software as part of a project that affects 150,000 people.
Founded in 2007, Talentsoft now boasts 4 million users, in around 100 countries, 300 employees and a turnover of 25 million euros in 2014. Its objective: to double its revenues within two years . More details with Jean-Stéphane Arcis, CEO of Talentsoft.
