[Social payment] Leetchi launches its mobile application

by bold-lichterman

Leetchi.com, the online service that allows people to collect money together, has just launched its mobile app.

Founded in 2009 by Céline Lazorthes, Leetchi allows Internet users to simply create jackpots as soon as they have an expense to do with several (birthdays, parties, races with several, organized weekends, etc.). The service counts to this day 500,000 customers in France and around the world. Translated into three languages, it is available in over 150 countries.

The Leetchi application thus allows its users to create, manage and spend their funds directly from their mobile. They can invite their friends to donate via email, SMS and Twitter. Participants pay with a bank card.

Once the pot is over, it can be used with merchant partners (Fnac.com, Pixmania, BrandAllez, the CCB, Bulle de Zen, Wanted Paris, Delamaison …), offered directly to the recipient or transferred by bank transfer to the administrator of the group for any purchase.

The Leetchi app is available for free on ios until March 19, then will then cost € 1.79.
