Frédéric Buron, Director of EmailStrategie: These are Data and CRM oriented applications. These four applications: Data Mart, Data Mining, Marketing Automation, and Data Analysis will allow marketers to refine their CRM strategies using tools that are easy to use but offer multiple possibilities.
They will ultimately help build a real relationship one to one with customers by improving the knowledge generated by using the data collected. We send the right message at the right time through the right channel. It’s also a good way to differentiate yourself from the competition and build loyalty.

With Smart DATA, everyone focuses on relevant data. This is the only data useful for decision-making and allowing the adoption of effective digital marketing and CRM (customer relationship management) strategies, generating ROI (return on investment, editor’s note).
