In his quest to constantly improve the sales management of companies, Sellsy has partnered with GoCardless. Alongside the British FinTech, specializing in the simplification and dematerialization of recurring payments by direct debit, the La Rochelle start-up wants to add an additional technological brick to its software solution to help companies optimize the management of their sales. “With this partnership, we allow our customers to do away with intermediaries (recourse to banks), to save time (less administration), in agility and to optimize the management of their payments and cash flow.», Explains Alain Mevellec, co-founder and CEO of Sellsy, which claims more than 15,000 users on its platform.
Founded in 2011 by Hiroki Takeuchi, Matt Robinson and Tom Blomfield, GoCardless is developing a solution that allows businesses to accept recurring payments by SEPA direct debit. This device is intended for companies which regularly invoice their customers, like Sellsy, and whose market is potentially important due to the rise of SaaS offers, which allow companies to subscribe to software online. and thus avoid the purchase and installation of their own computer equipment. To date, FinTech, based in London and supported in particular by Balderton Capital, claims to work with 25,000 companies. Among its customers, the company notably counts Zenchef, TripAdvisor and The Guardian.
