Security: Dhimyotis raises 650,000 euros and hopes to convince major accounts

“In 2015, we will accelerate our action towards large accounts”: Arnaud Dubois, President of Dhimyotis shows his ambitions. The company he heads has just raised 650,000 euros from his four historical investors and institutional investors, including OSEO Innovation.

Founded in March 2005 and based in Villeneuve-d’Ascq, Dhimyotis publishes electronic signature, authentication, time-stamping, encryption and secure storage software. For the moment, the team is made up of about fifteen people, Arnaud Dubois plans to recruit ten more during the year 2015, in order to deploy a sales team dedicated to large accounts. The flagship product, Certigna, has generated € 1 million in sales since its launch. This range of software is the subject of RGS certification from the French State. It has earned him several awards including the Innovation Trophy from the National Institute of Industrial Property.

The company announced an intermediate capital increase of 500,000 euros in September 2013. It continues to seek funds: “This year, it is also planned to prepare for internationalization, and in this context we are planning a significant fundraising. funds, ”says Arnaud Dubois.

Several other French companies are positioning themselves in this market, such as the Caen Yousign start-up. Internationally, there is in particular a company specializing in electronic signatures, the American DocuSign, which had raised $ 85 million in March 2014.
