Salesforce updates its “Marketing Cloud” offer

New in the suite Marketing Cloud of Salesforce. The company announced, during its “Connections” conference, the arrival of new functionalities in the coming months. Journey Builder, its customer journey analysis solution, will now allow marketers to follow consumers regardless of the departments of the company they are dealing with (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.), in order to better personalize interactions or content according to each client. This new functionality for professionals should be available in the fourth quarter of the year.

Salesforce also announces that its offer “Active AudiencesWill now be integrated with new ad networks, including LiveRamp, LiveIntent, Neustar and Viant, to use companies’ CRM data to deliver targeted ads to their customers. It will also be compatible with the advertising networks of Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce, also made it clear that he hoped cross $ 6 billion in sales this year. Founded in 1999 in San Francisco, Salesforce has grown into a software giant in cloud. The company generated $ 5.37 billion in revenue in 2014, up 32%. Valued over $ 40 billion on the stock market, the group is subject to rumors of takeovers.
