Rugby World Cup: the web in the fray

In the series of apps and gadgets, some are doing well. This is the case of TeleRugby, on Iphone, which gives the program and times of the matches broadcast on TV. On the media side, around ten of them, like 20minutes.fr, l’Equipe.fr or M6, will broadcast 14 episodes of New Rugbymen, a humorous webseries on rugby with famous players, including Serge Blanco, and surprise guests.
It is on Ipad that the daily Sud Ouest releases its first ” multimedia special issue“, A 100-page interactive guide for rugby and French XV fans. Enriched with exclusive content, there are videos, audio interviews, and a continuous rugby news feed, fed by the newspaper’s special envoys. The app is sold for 3.99 euros on the AppStore.
