Rentabiliweb suspended on the stock market – FrenchWeb.fr

The actions of the Rentabiliweb group were suspended this Thursday, September 24, at the request of the company. The payment and content monetization specialist could make an announcement in a next press release. The group is listed on Euronext Brussels and Paris. The request was made to the Belgian Financial Markets Authority.

The announcement could be that of an acquisition. This summer, on the occasion of publication of its results, the company headed by Jean-Baptiste Descroix-Vernier announced a “short-term” international expansion project.

The financial situation of the company allows it to meet its objective. Its gross margin grew by 6.9% to 21.2 million euros over the first six months of 2015. The group’s turnover amounted to 38.5 million euros, an increase by 14% compared to the first half of 2014. The turnover of its B2B division increased by 49% compared to last year. The activity now represents nearly 60% of total turnover. It compensates for the drop in its B2C division, down 15% from one year to the next.

Founded in 2002, Rentabiliweb has more than 270 employees in France and abroad. In 2010, he acquired the advertising agency Edencast, specializing in paid referencing.
