Prisma offers itself the Mobvalue mobile network

Prisma continues to shop on the web. The media group has just announced the acquisition of the mobile network Mobvalue.

The operation, the amount of which has not been disclosed, comes a few months after the sites were bought hellocoton.fr, matvpratique.com, siandso.com and digital management P for Performance.

Founded in September 2011 by Hervé Montoute and Thomas Prud’homme, the management has structured its activities around two poles: premium management and digital production. The company now has a dozen employees.

With this acquisition, the Prisma group intends to strengthen the development of its mobile strategy.

According to Frédéric Daruty, executive director of Prisma Media Digital, the group’s mobile audiences have doubled in the space of one year to reach 3.2M VU on mobile and 1M on tablets. The objective is therefore for Mobvalue to support the group in this growth.
