Plyce offers itself the Bon-Privé site
Plyce allows you to indicate the products available in store, with an offer of reduction coupons. The consumer can, where he is, select a point of sale close to him, according to the price, the availability of the product and the discounts offered to him, which are immediately deducted from his invoice when he goes to the checkout. .
Thanks to this acquisition, Plyce intends to enrich its offer and increase its audience “significantly”.
Created in January 2010, the Bon Privé site was placed in compulsory liquidation on June 19. Following this operation, the young company deactivated the Bon-Privé.com address, keeping only Bon-Privé.fr, which is currently inactive. The start-up closed in November 2011 a fundraising of 1M € after having already finalized a funding round of 1.5M € in January 2011.
As a reminder, last May, Plyce merged with the geolocated purchasing engine CheckAndTake. The aim of this operation was to offer a 100% Web To Shop service to users, especially in stores. At the same time the mobile application had completed a funding round of 1.5M € with Bruno Massiet du Biest, Jaïna Capital, Clarisse SA, and Orkos Capital.
Plyce today claims 30,000 referenced offers, an audience of 2M consumers and 700,000 members.
