Already present in the heart of Sillicon Valley, Orange is opening three new versions of its network of startup accelerators with the arrival of Orange Fab in France and Japan, for the whole of South-East Asia, from this year, and in Poland in 2014.

By providing funding and logistical support for a period of three months, it offers start-ups specializing in the telecommunications and interactions sector to develop their growth and rapidly deploy internationally thanks to its own network. The French operator thus recalls that the selected entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to go to the Orange Fab in Silicon Valley for a period of two weeks in order to meet experts and investors.

“Welcoming students, engineers, developers, designers and business creators to our premises is an important component of our open innovation strategy to innovate faster, in agile mode, in line with our corporate culture. Orange Fab is fully in line with this system, ”explains Stéphane Richard, Chairman and CEO of Orange.

Four to six companies that already have a product on the market, even in the “beta” phase, will join the program from February at the end of the selection and will therefore benefit from the know-how and advice of the French giant, entrepreneurs and of CAC 40 companies.
