Operator Nérim acquires Normaction – FrenchWeb.fr

Seventh takeover for the French operator Nerim, with Normaction. This company specializing in the fixed and mobile B2B Telecom sector is closely following Boost, acquisitions made by Nérim in July.

The Internet and Telecom operator, created in 1999, thus strengthens its telephony offer for businesses, its presence in the region and its staff – Normaction with several national offices and around fifty employees -.

In a press release issued on Thursday, September 12, the president of Nérim – Cyril de Metz – links this “expansion” to “an ambitious external growth dynamic” and “a very active acquisition policy”.

Other acquisitions of the company include Internext (2002), Netultra (2009) and HGT Télécom (2010).

Originally a simple Internet access provider, Nérim now claims 20,000 customers, three hats (Internet access provider, host and telecom operator) and an average growth of 20% per year.

The takeover of Normaction announced this Wednesday will increase its turnover. He was 20 million last july – when the president of the company went to Frenchweb – it would now be “40 million euros”.
