Online real estate: Spicesoft raises 1 million euros for its management solutions

Spicesoft, a company that publishes software for real estate online, has just completed a fundraising of 1 million euros. The names of the investors were not disclosed. She edits Tandoori, an online activity management solution.

The company explains on his website that the software allows real estate advertisements to be published online, to manage prospects and customers (automated processing of online requests, management of customer data, etc.), to sign documents online, and to manage payments and international accounting . Nexity and Bouygues Immobilier use its solutions in particular.

Spicesoft claims that 2,000 offices already use its software for their online marketing. “This fundraising strengthens our mobilization capacities and will allow us to carry out various development projects in order to seize the opportunities of a buoyant market, both in offices and in housing” explains Pierre-André Svetchine, president and co- founder of Spicesoft.
