She opted for the impertinent tone of a disruptive start-up – almost revolutionary, to publish a “Ridiculous Code”, listing “all the most improbable laws around the world”. On the cover it is stated that “no one is supposed to ignore ridiculous laws”. Improbable laws that did exist, such as the prohibition “to call your pig Napoleon”, or “the obligation for each French to keep a haystack in case the king passes”. SNCF’s OuiBus service will in any case have to deal with a new law, that of the opening to competition of bus lines adopted in July.
