The town hall of the 4th arrondissement of the capital has just launched its own iPhone application. Free and available now on the App Store, Paris4 allows residents to receive a news feed about their neighborhood.
The application also relies on the community aspect to improve everyone’s daily life. Thus, the new service allows users to access the platform Beecitiz and to report to municipal services an anomaly in the public space, such as a defective sign for example. All you have to do is file a request, embellish it with a photo of the problem in question and geolocate it on the borough map.
The agency The Netscouade, at the origin of this application, at the same time developed a similar offer for the inhabitants of Merignac. Many cities such as Poitiers, Bordeaux, Saint-Etienne or Bourges also offer iPhone applications for practical use for their inhabitants.
