Netaffiliation strengthens in mobile advertising by offering two young startups
Netaffiliation, publisher of the eponymous platform (from the C2B group), is heading towards mobile advertising. The company has just invested funds in Loodies and Swelen, two young startups, founded by French people and present on the European market, specialized respectively in the creation of innovative advertising formats on mobile devices and in advertising delivery technologies.
The amount of this investment was not communicated, but all the same allowed Netaffiliation to become the main shareholder of the two companies and thus to enrich its mobile affiliation offer in a market showing annual growth of 38%. On the side of Loodies and Swelen, the funds raised will allow them to strengthen their commercial capacities and speed up their R&D work, which is essential in a rapidly changing sector.
Thanks to this strategic and commercial partnership, NetAffiliation will exclusively distribute the advertising formats of Loodies internationally, and those of Swelen in France and internationally. A capital agreement which should allow Netaffiliation to assert itself in the performance advertising market in Europe and Latin America.
Created in 2003, NetAffiliation, a brand of the C2B group, is an affiliation platform whose turnover now reaches 36M €. The platform offers advertisers the benefit of a network of 85,000 affiliate sites ready to relay their online campaigns around the world.
