Mobile Network Group accelerates its development in Germany. The French advertising agency has entered into exclusive negotiations with BAM Interactive. Based in Düsseldorf, this company, which specializes in consulting, application creation and mobile advertising, has around ten employees and achieved a turnover of 1 million euros last year. The transaction should be completed during the second quarter of 2016.
On its website, BAM Interactive claims several large groups among its customers, including Audi, Universal and BMW. A portfolio of brands that will enrich that of the Mobile Network Group, which was already present across the Rhine since the takeover of the mobile advertising company Madvertise Media in 2014. The latter was already working with BAM interactive, it is specified.
Reinforcement in Europe
“This acquisition would thus generate synergies, mainly operational and commercial. Mobile Network Group would have a differentiating offer by offering its customers support across the entire mobile chain, from creation to monetization through promotion, in Germany but also in other countries of establishment of the group ”, details Mobile Network Group in its press release.
Founded in 2011 by Paul Amsellem, Mobile Network Group claims 71 million unique visitors via its various agencies and more than a hundred publishers. The company listed on Alternext achieved a turnover of 7.3 million euros in the first half of 2015. To develop, it made several acquisitions. Last year, Mobile Network Group offered itself the start-up Appsfire.
