Eyeka, a French specialist in co-creation with consumers, announces its acquisition by the global marketing research agency InSites Consulting. Founded in 2006 by Gilles Babinet and Franck Perrier, Eyeka’s primary objective is to initiate a conversation between brands and their consumers thanks to its community, which initiates this conversation.
The company therefore offers brands the work of Internet users who have wished to contribute to a project, to help them to better understand the market and allow the latter to express and monetize their creative potential. Eyeka collaborates in particular with Unilever, P&G, Mondelez, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Airbnb and Toyota.
Complementarity of services
Eyeka continued its development with the arrival of François Petavy as CEO. A position he has held since 2008 (after moving to Ubisoft and eBay). The company started to get noticed, in particular through calls for creations for Energie, Lulu Castagnette, Galette Saint Michel.
The services of the two agencies are complementary. While creativity is at the heart of Eyeka’s offer, InSites Consulting intervenes before and after the creative process, through the identification of consumer insights, as well as the validation of the ideas and concepts generated. The services of the first will be added to the offer of the second. InSites Consulting also takes the opportunity to announce the opening of an office in Paris.
