Ad4screen, a major player in performance-based mobile marketing, today announces a majority stake in the capital of Système Polaire, an agency specializing in the development of mobile solutions.

This transaction is therefore part of the external growth dynamic initiated by Ad4screen a few months ago. In fact, last May, the company had already acquired a stake in the BeMyApp company, sponsorship of mobile applications and organizer of WeekEnds BeMyApp.

The integration of Système Polaire into the Ad4screen group was carried out through a capital increase to accelerate the development of the company. Its objective is to strengthen the agency division of the Ad4screen group with substantial expertise and know-how in the field of design and development of applications and mobile sites.

Ad4screen’s external growth should continue over the coming months, in particular thanks to to the € 4.4 million raised last September.

The company has carried out nearly 45 projects for more than 25 key account clients such as RTL, CDiscount, Allianz, Nathan, Ouest-France, La Française des Jeux, or even Yves Rocher and DDB.
