Ad4screen, continues its external growth policy. After BemyApp and Polar System, the mobile performance marketing specialist has just announced a majority stake in the capital of Relatia agency, specializing in social CRM. Like the previous transactions, the amount of the repurchase was not communicated.

Thanks to this acquisition, Ad4screen intends to become one of the main players in SoLoMo marketing in France and thus offer advertisers “convergent” devices combining mobile, social and local.

Founded in 2010 by Daphné Parot, the Relatia agency is made up of about twenty employees. Organized into 5 poles (Consulting, Business Marketing Intelligence, Studio, Technical, Media), the agency currently works with more than 30 advertisers including, Orange France Telecom, American Express, Suisse Tourisme or even Aufeminin.com, Prisma Presse, Seloger. com.

By joining the Ad4screen teams and premises, Relatia For its part, it will therefore be able to benefit from a reinforced technical infrastructure and additional resources to finance its development.

Ad4screen and Relatia had notably worked together on occasion an innovative device set up on behalf of La Redoute. The two entities specify that they are working again on several R&D projects in the field of SOLOMO CRM. The latter should be unveiled by early next year.

Founded in September 2010 by Jerome Stioui, Patrick Mareuil, Philippe Leclercq and Nicolas Klain, Ad4Screen is a group specialized in marketing and mobile advertising. The group has more than 140 customers. The company expects a turnover of 30M € by 2015. Afterwards a fundraising of 4.4M € a year ago, the group does not hide its international ambitions.
