Fubiz Media is growing. Created 12 years ago, the pure player specialized in art, design and pop culture, announces the opening of an American subsidiary Fubiz Inc, and an office in New York to pilot projects of international dimension with local and global clients “with a dedicated team on site for business development“, precise Romain Colin (photo in One), the founder.
Based on a model between the agency and the media, Fubiz employs 11 people in Paris.

Cardiawave, a French start-up developing a medical device for ultrasound therapy announces a new fundraising of 1.4 million euros from its shareholders, the Angel Source Fund managed by the management company iSource and business networks angels (Angels Santé, Business Angels des Grandes Ecoles, Paris Business Angels, Angels’ Bay Invest and Femmes Business Angels).
At the end of 2015, the start-up founded by the Franco-American entrepreneur Benjamin Bertrand (opposite), physicists Mathias fink, Mickaël Tanter and Mathieu Pernot from the Langevin Institute and the cardiologist Emmanuel Messas had already raised 2.4 million euros. Created in 2014, its solution makes it possible to treat heart valve pathologies, in particular those of calcified aortic stenosis.
Famoco, the manufacturer of readers for transactional (non-banking) terminals on Android, announced a partnership with Ingenico, another French manufacturer of mainly banking payment terminals, at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. A Proof of concept was presented at the fair in order to present a new integration of the Famoco solution in Ingenico terminals. Additional services have also been developed for corporate clients, the two companies present.
Famoco completed a fundraising of 11 million euros a few weeks ago with Idinvest Partners, as lead investor, Orange Digital Ventures, SNCF Digital Ventures, BNP Paris Developpement, Hi inov, Bpifrance and Aurinvest.
PayCar, specializing in the payment of used vehicles, is the first start-up to join the LeBonCoin accelerator. In addition to hosting in the group’s premises, the Parisian startup will benefit from the acquisition of group users (i.e. nearly 24 million unique visitors & 20 million qualified individual accounts) for means of promotions. “The support of the LeBonCoin group should therefore strongly help us to develop the notoriety of our service among all individuals who need a secure payment solution when they sell their vehicle.», Welcomed Vincent-Marty Lavauzelle, CEO.
Founded in 2015 by Vincent Marty-Lavauzelle and Mike Waldman, PayCar develops a payment solution for the purchase and sale of used vehicles between individuals. Once the buyer has credited his account on the platform, he can instantly pay the seller on the day of the transaction from his smartphone.
The Moneytizer, the programmatic advertising platform, opens an office in New York. “The performances we bring to the 6,000 sites registered on our platform push us to move faster than expected internationally. Opening an office in New York will allow us to cover the entire North and South American zone, with a better quality of service provided to our publishers ”, indicates Augustin Ory, co-founder of The Moneytizer.
Created in mid-2014, The Moneytizer network claims 28 million monthly VUs and more than 2.5 billion impressions per month.

AgTech companies raised more than $ 3.2 billion in 2016, during 580 operations, according to the “AgTech Investing Report»From AgFunder, a financing platform dedicated to agricultural companies. The United States, which captured 48% of operations, leads the most attractive geographic areas for investors.
