2017 started off on a positive note for Showroomprivé. The event sales specialist closed the first quarter with a turnover of 153.8 million euros, an increase of 31% compared to the same period in 2015. If we exclude the performance of the Italian Saldi Privati, acquired in October by Showroomprivé, the company’s turnover nevertheless increased by 22% over the year.
“This acceleration in growth confirms the success of our economic model. On the one hand, it proves our ability to develop both in France and internationally. On the other hand, the number of buyers as well as the expenditure per buyer continue to increase. ”, declare Thierry small and David Dayan, the company’s co-founders. The company, ranked 9th in FrenchWeb 500 2017, recruited nearly 300,000 new buyers over the period, and saw average spending per buyer increase by more than 11% to reach 94.8 euros. The company confirms its objectives for the year 2017, and aims for a turnover of between 690 million euros and 720 million euros, as well as an EBITDA of more than 6% of the turnover ( excluding Saldi Privati).
