[INSIDERS] Fred de la Compta raises 550,000 euros …
Relieve entrepreneurs of accounting: this is the ambition that the start-up has set Fred de la Compta which has just raised 550,000 euros from The Family, Kima Ventures, SGH Capital and Pentalabbs. A first round table which should allow the Parisian company of 14 employees to accelerate its development in France by making itself known to more and more entrepreneurs. This funding also occurs just before the upcoming launch of a V2.
Founded in 2015, Fred de la compta has developed an online platform allowing entrepreneurs to easily send their accounting documents via e-mail, a “drag and drop” system or a connected scanner called “fredbox” . These are then taken care of by a team of accountants who process the information received, and with whom it is possible to chat online.

A crowdfunding platform for the agricultural and food sectors? This is the concept of the start-up MiiMOSA which has just completed a fundraising of 700,000 euros with several regional mutuals of the Crédit Agricole Group, the management company Amundi and Phitrust Impact Investors. This is the first round of funding completed by the company founded in 2014 by Florian Breton.
Since its launch, MiiMOSA claims to have already enabled 300 project leaders to raise nearly 1.5 million euros. The company has set itself the objective of reaching 2,500 project leaders and the 10 million euros collected by the end of 2017. Thus, with this new investment, the Paris-based company intends to accelerate its territorial coverage in order to always reach more project leaders. A reinforcement of the workforce is also planned in order to reach 15 employees.
“The commitment of leading banking players is a strong mark of confidence that consolidates us in our development while leaving MiiMOSA the independence and autonomy necessary to pursue its growth.», Declared in a press release Florian Breton.
GuesttoGuest, a platform allowing Internet users to exchange their house or apartment, has just bought out its competitor Trampolinn, for an undisclosed amount. A significant contribution given our objective of acquiring more than 100,000 new homes in 2016 ”, state in a press release Emmanuel Arnaud and Charles Edouard Girard, the two leaders of GuesttoGuest.
Thus, 230,000 homes are now available for exchange on the platform, in more than 185 countries, according to figures communicated by the company. As a reminder, GuesttoGuest completed a fundraising of 4 million euros last year with MAIF. Other players are positioning themselves in this market, such as Troc Maison in France, or Love Home Swap.
