Hubworkair raises 650,000 euros to get its aeronautical recruitment platform off the ground

The amount

Hubworkair, an online recruitment platform dedicated to the aeronautical professions, has just completed a second fundraising round, for an amount of 650,000 euros.

This round of funding has been completed with its long-standing partner BPIfrance and several business angels with complementary profiles, major leaders in the aviation sector or experts in the development of startups.

The market

Hubworkair, a startup founded by Romain Rochet and Yoann Huang, presents itself as “The first headhunting platform with a matching and scoring algorithm in the aviation sector”. Thanks to several qualification and weighting parameters, the company allows talents to quickly find the job that meets their expectations. The top trio of profiles with the highest matching percentage is immediately communicated to the employer via a secure platform. Hubworkair announces dividing by four the average duration of a hire. In one year, Hubworkair has grown from 2 to 10 people and has multiplied its turnover by 10.

The objectives of the Start-up

This funding aims to accelerate the development of the startup, whose declared ambition is to become a leader in the recruitment of aeronautical profiles ”. This acceleration requires the recruitment of new talents and deployment in Europe.
