How mobile is changing China’s tourism industry

The 2016 edition of the event China Connect brought together experts on Chinese consumer trends, marketing, digital and mobile met in Paris on April 6 and 7, 2016. This year, the theme of this gathering was summed up in two words: “Get mobile!” (Be mobile!). Today, the WeChat instant messaging app alone, launched in 2011 by Tencent Holdings Limited, has more than 697 million users.

Faced with these uses, many sectors are interested in mobile in China, such as the banking sector. From now on, it is tourism which is being disrupted by the uses of mobile. Find out how mobile is impacting China’s tourism industry with this video shot during China Connect in Paris:
