On the occasion ofI / O developers conference 2011 which opens today in San Francisco, Google should reveal as planned its new cloud music service, the official name of which is not yet known with certainty, even if Google Music seems more than likely.
Having not had the time and the capacity to date to finalize agreements with the majors, Google is determined to launch its novelty before Apple does the same with its cloud version of iTunes expected in the coming weeks.
The result of this rush will therefore be the arrival of a beta service by invitation which will allow you to upload up to 20,000 titles and then find them in streaming on all devices but not to download them.
Almost all devices… Using a Flash Player will make iTouch, iPhone and other iPad inoperative, a size reduction! Google Music will not integrate, at least initially, an mp3 purchase function as the platform allows. Amazon Cloud Drive launched last March and as will undoubtedly iCloud, the future service of Apple.
