GoodData raises more than 16 million euros from Brazilian giant TOTVS

This investment brings the total amount of funds raised by the web analytics specialist to 56 million euros.

Specialized in the field of business intelligence, the company GoodData has just finalized a fundraising of 22 million dollars, or 16.4 million euros.

This fourth funding round was notably led by TOTVS Ventures, the venture capital arm of the Brazilian software publisher TOTVS. The historic shareholders of the Californian company – Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst Partners, Next World Capital and Tenaya Capital – also participated in this new round of financing. Since its creation, GoodData has raised a total of $ 75 million (56 million euros)

Founded in 2007 and led by Roman Stanek, the company publishes a cloud-based business intelligence platform to help companies monetize their data. AOL and Living Social are among its clients.

Besides this investment, TOTVS, billed as the SAP of South America, has also entered into a business partnership with GoodData allowing it to access a market estimated at 9 billion dollars (6.7 billion euros).
