Sacha-KagermanSacha Kagerman, co-founder of & Shift: FrenchWeb readers who work in large organizations know that in times of digital transformation, the challenge is to know how to communicate effectively to generate adoption.

& Shift tackles the biggest difficulty in getting a new tool adopted: resistance to change. Not only do we measure the commitment of each employee, but it allows us to act on it in an automated and personalized way.

What is your value proposition?

Our value proposition is built around 3 pillars.

The first is to be able to easily create engaging internal content with visual editors: emails, forms, media.

The second, automating internal communication campaigns to create engagement.

And finally, centralize all employee usage data to effectively manage internal communication and change management.

For internal communicators, we become the cockpit of communication and internal engagement.

Who are the users of your solutions?

The users are rather in large organizations with problems of large audiences.

In terms of profession, we address either the internal communicator, or the professions which must lead a change.

For example at SNCF Immobilier, our tool is used by the internal communication department. At LFB, Vincent Schermack (global digital director) uses us to generate adoption around new internal digital tools.

What is your development plan?

From a business point of view, our launch objectives are more than exceeded after 9 months of marketing.

We already have 5 large account customers, and are aiming for ten by the end of the year.

At the same time, we are working on creating partnerships with prescribers who themselves are looking for operational tools to succeed in change management projects with their clients. With this in mind, we have notably joined the Orange Fab Lab and are working with Pascal Latouche’s team to set up experiments.

What are your challenges?

The first issue is commercial, we want to reach the level of 10 customers as quickly as possible, in order to then start a fundraising process.

Then technically, the challenge is to be able to ensure ever faster deployments for our customers, and to continue to stock our API shelf.

Finally, we are continuing to raise awareness among HR / internal communication stakeholders on the need to act on commitment, and to put as much effort on internal communication as external communication.

Who are your competitors?

We have identified several players in our field, such as Lecko, M Inside or Nexavis.

They mainly work on cross-channel monitoring, with some specializing in niches such as the corporate social network.

Our strength lies in adding action to the measure, to take concrete and personalized action on the adoption of these new tools.
