It’s a daily headache for managers who recruit throughout the year for sales, Christmas, to replace sick leave, etc.

What’s your value proposition?

We instantly suggest the right candidate to store managers with recommendations from the community.

Who are the users of your solutions?

Our users are store managers who want to recruit successfully in the shortest possible time.

Above all, they seek to work with dynamic and motivated profiles who will offer a new in-store customer experience and who change traditional temporary profiles.

What is your development plan?

Our ambition is to cover the entire IDF in 2017 and then France in 2018.

Our challenges are to succeed in our internal recruitments in order to continue to scale our solution and deliver the same quality of service on a national scale.

Our competitors are:

  • the so-called classic temporary employment agencies. What sets us apart from them is the quality of our matching between a profile and a brand which allows us to send the right candidate to the right place. 95% of our candidates are recommended at the end of the assignment.
  • Job boards. What sets us apart from them is that managers are relieved of the entire CV sorting and selection part.
