Opposite, many software editors are looking for new levers for customer acquisition to better distribute their service.

What is your value proposition?

To remedy this, Klapp offers a SaaS software marketplace allowing all entrepreneurs to equip themselves with innovative applications within a single subscription and at a reduced price (up to -30%). Thanks to our recommendation engine and our chatbot, entrepreneurs are automatically guided to the software that meets their needs: CRM, Commercial prospecting, Growth hacking, Marketing automation, Team management, Web development, Social media …

In just a few clicks, each Klapp customer has the opportunity to create a tailor-made application package according to their real needs.

Who are the users of your solutions?

Overall, our solution is aimed at entrepreneurs!

We distribute the software in our catalog to pre-creation project leaders, new business creators or entrepreneurs in the acceleration phase wishing to better structure and digitize their activity.

The fields of activity of our clients are varied, ranging from digital professions (webmarketer, designer, developers, growth hacker, community manger…) to more traditional trades of commerce and crafts.

What is your development plan?

We want to build a catalog of 30 software in September 2017 for the release of the first official version of Klapp. Our ambition is to reach 50 software by the end of 2017 and around 150 by the end of 2018.

Our priority is to focus on the qualitative aspect of the catalog, rather than on the quantitative aspect. This allows us to orient our clients towards the software that we consider to be the best and the most adapted to their needs.

The first half of 2017 was devoted on the one hand to finalizing the technical development of the platform in order to quickly unveil our SaaS software catalog and on the other hand to the contractualization of the first commercial agreements with our partner publishers.

The platform was launched in beta at the end of May 2017 and allowed us to collect feedback from our customers.

The year 2018 will confirm our positioning on the French market and quickly launch into the European market.

From the year 2019, we have a strong desire to develop globally in order to significantly increase our sales and become a key player for all companies wishing to equip themselves with software tools.

What are your challenges?

In France, the rate of entrepreneurs has jumped by 85% over the past 10 years. In 2020, the world will have 1 billion entrepreneurs.

The need for software equipment for these entrepreneurs has not finished growing in the years to come (market estimated at $ 436 billion in 2020), Klapp is therefore positioning itself in a promising market which should allow it to develop rapidly. in France but also on the international market.

Our goal is to become a key player at the global level for any entrepreneur wishing to acquire software to develop his activity.

Our fundraising scheduled for the end of the year will allow us to accelerate our commercial development and quickly establish ourselves in our market.

To complete the current team, many new hires are planned over the coming months in various positions: Web developers, Business developers, Web marketers, etc.

Today, our platform gravitates in a rich and varied SaaS ecosystem: vast software directories, tools for synthesizing software expenditure, etc.
However, until the arrival of Klapp, no service allowed to manage different software services within a single monthly subscription!
