FrenchWeb: What needs does your service meet?
The HAPPYWAIT service was born from my personal experience, whens that I bought an off-plan apartment, once the excitement of signing had passed, I was very quickly frustrated by the lack of visibility on the project, in particular on the development of the site and the various stages that marked out this purchase.
From this experience was born the HAPPYWAIT solution which offers real estate developers and builders of individual houses to design a real customer area allowing buyers of a property to follow in real time the evolution of their real estate project.
What is your value proposition?
The challenge of HAPPYWAIT, whose model is B2B2C, is to satisfy both real estate developers and buyers.
For promoters, the goal is to offer an intuitive digital platform allowing them to simplify their processes. The time saved is thus immediately transferred to the customer relationship.
For buyers, we suggest they reduce this frustration linked to waiting, the time between signature and delivery can reach up to 24 months, the name HAPPYWAIT is a good illustration of this “happy waiting” concept.
The promoter automatically improves the quality of his customer relationship. A relationship of trust is thus immediately put in place with a win / win goal.
Who are the users of your solutions?
Our solution is mainly aimed at real estate developers and builders of single-family homes.
Among the recurring issues, there is that of the quality of the customer relationship after the signing of a reservation contract, but also the cumbersome administrative management of a file.
With HAPPYWAIT, all types of information can be quickly pushed to buyers. Internal messaging simplifies exchanges between the promoter and the buyers.
In addition, the solution is enriched with features to simplify administrative management (electronic signature of documents, online appointment making, etc.)
What is your development plan?
We are currently working with around forty real estate developers, we are drawing on their experiences and skills to constantly improve our solution.
We are constantly on the lookout for new features that will allow them to simplify their daily lives and enhance the shopping experience.
We want to quickly become the benchmark in terms of purchasing experience and customer relations in new real estate.
For this, new hires are planned to improve our commercial presence, but also in terms of support. We are very close to our customers and we want to support them as much as possible in this digitalization of their profession.
Finally, in order to offer the best digital solution, we are looking to strengthen our technical team.
Who are your competitors?
Several players offer this type of service. However, it is still an additional “module” to their existing offer.
At HAPPYWAIT, we have decided to devote ourselves solely to the customer relationship and the shopping experience. However, the agility of the solution allows easy interconnections with other complementary solutions. It is fully integrated into the information system of the promoter or manufacturer.
Who is the entrepreneur who inspires you? Why ?
There are several, but I find Elon Musk amazing. The multiplicity of his projects is impressive. He illustrates well the entrepreneur who wants to follow his dreams by giving himself all the means.
