When a recruiter is looking for a talent, he is often lost among the 700 or so job boards that exist, the thousands of CV database profiles and the hundreds of CVs he has to process.

We designed our tool for managers and HR. We’ve created a unique user experience that makes recruiting easy, fast, and even enjoyable.
All applications automatically arrive in your recruitment process.
You define actions for each process, the software works for you.
In one click, we broadcast the ad everywhere thanks to an algorithm that required more than a year and a half of R&D.
In short, we are the recruiter’s all-in-one!
Who are the users of your solution?
We have two offers:
“On demand” for small and medium-sized businesses looking for more visibility and time-saving tools.
“Custom” intended for mid-size companies looking for a simple and comprehensive tool that will allow them to decentralize the HR function by involving managers in the recruitment process.
Who are your competitors?
Our competitors are players that have been present for more than 10 years: Talentplug, Multiposting, Jobaffinity or even Eolia Software.
Getting started with our tool is much simpler and anyone can enter the recruitment process without training. In addition, we try to keep a real proximity with our customers whom we consider as partners.
What is your development plan?
Today, the product is popular and meets the specifications of companies. The challenge is to improve our performance by integrating new players (job sites, social networks, video interviews, etc.).
Since the start of the year, we have had between 20% and 40% growth each month in turnover, we have gone from 3 to 12 employees in less than a year and have acquired more than 1,200 companies.
What are your challenges?
We have different challenges: going international, building a cool team and reaching 10,000 customers.
