Ivann Kumagangue, co-founder of Boxia: Today, for many e-merchants, delivery is a source of stress since they outsource this service.
Indeed, they are often solicited by their customers who ask them where their packages are located or who complain in the event of a delivery problem (delay, incident, etc.). Managing these repeated requests is a real waste of time! Additionally, sometimes online sellers are likely to receive negative feedback as a result of a delivery issue when it is not their fault.
With Boxia, we decided to automate the communication of e-merchants so that their customers are no longer in the dark during delivery.
