Indeed, they are often solicited by their customers who ask them where their packages are located or who complain in the event of a delivery problem (delay, incident, etc.). Managing these repeated requests is a real waste of time! Additionally, sometimes online sellers are likely to receive negative feedback as a result of a delivery issue when it is not their fault.

With Boxia, we decided to automate the communication of e-merchants so that their customers are no longer in the dark during delivery.

What is your value proposition?

Boxia is an automated tool that allows e-merchants to inform their customers in real time about the tracking of their packages, throughout delivery, thanks to proactive and personalized communication.

Who are the users of your solutions?

Our solution is intended for e-merchants who wish to improve the delivery experience of their customers and optimize their customer service. We have many advantages for them, allowing them to:

  • Reassure their customers during delivery because they are now informed in real time of the status of their package, from shipment… until final delivery (Colissimo, Chronopost, UPS…)! In case of late delivery, customers, by being informed, are more understanding towards e-merchants.

  • Drastically reduce the number of calls and emails handled by their customer service regarding delivery

Our notifications are fully customizable insofar as e-merchants integrate their tone, visual identity, words, but also their current events and offers, which helps them to re-engage their customers automatically!

In short, Boxia automatically manages the customer relationship during delivery by proactively communicating on the status of customers’ packages, without the slightest effort for the e-merchant! An effective way to increase customer satisfaction and boost your online reputation.

What is your development plan?

Our ambition is to multiply the number of partner e-merchants who trust us. At the same time, we are continuing to bring new functionalities to our solution so that it meets the needs of e-merchants and online buyers as precisely as possible.

Our challenges are to support as many e-merchants as possible in post-purchase communication with their customers and to provide them with our expertise in automated marketing to easily boost their activity.

Who are your competitors?

Some traditional carriers send emails but unlike these sometimes sent messages, our notifications are fully customizable. They therefore allow online sellers to communicate while maintaining the tone, visual identity and spirit of their brand.

Our tool also allows e-merchants to have, in one place, a centralized view of the deliveries of all their carriers and to easily be alerted in the event of a delivery incident.
