Synthesio, the French company specializing in monitoring on social networks and the Web, was named “world leader in listening solutions for businesses” in the report Forrester Wave for the first quarter of 2016, the company announced. To establish this classification, the Forrester research firm analyzes around thirty criteria. In January 2014, Synthesio had already been distinguished by the research firm in the same category.
Leader in Asia-Pacific
In this new edition, eleven other players also present in this competitive sector have distinguished themselves, such as the British company Brandwatch, the Canadian company Sysomos, the heavyweight of cloud software Salesforce and even Oracle.
In addition, Synthesio was also named a “Leader” in the Forrester Wave ranking for “Listening for Business” solutions in Asia-Pacific for the first quarter of 2016. “Forrester reports are the benchmark in most industries, and this is also the case in the sector of listening solutions for companies. This explains in particular why all the players in the sector work hard to appear in the reports when they are published, ”says Loïc Moisand CEO and founder of Synthesio.
