Intercloud, cloud access operator, has just announced the finalization of a second round of funding of € 500,000 with its historic shareholders.

Co-founded in November 2010 by Jérôme Dilouya, Antoine Valat and Benjamin Ryzman, the company offers companies secure access to the outsourcing platforms for their applications.

This mainly involves guaranteeing the performance of exchanges with SaaS-type platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS). With this in mind, Intercloud notably developed the CloudGate solution in February 2011. It makes it possible, thanks to the implementation of a private network infrastructure, to respond to the major challenges faced by cloud computing users.

Thanks to this capital increase, InterCloud intends to strengthen its investments in R&D and deploy its commercial strategy.

Laureate of Scientipôle Initiative and Tremplin Entreprise 2011, Intercloud had completed a first fundraising of € 500,000 in November 2011.
