The achievement of 27% has been observed during two successive measurements by ARCEP, the results of which were made public on December 13, 2011 and February 28, 2012… It should be noted that Free Mobile is the first operator to meet its 3G coverage obligations within the license deadlines. … Around 400 million euros have been committed to date in the deployment of the mobile network. To this sum must be added 518 million euros of purchase of frequencies. Network investments will of course continue over the coming years to reach a cumulative total ofone billion euros approximately in 2018 …

The roaming contract was signed by Free Mobile at market conditions… Before its launch, Free Mobile was offered more competitive roaming rates by others than the partner finally chosen for the quality of its network. These operators yesterday eager to conclude this contract with Free Mobile today condemn the principle of roaming …

… As of this day, Free Mobile will take legal action against anyone denigrating the reality of its coverage or its investments. Since January 10, the French mobile market has been competitive and the French are delighted, it must be accepted …
