Christophe BaillonThe Innovation Agency of the Caisse d’Epargne Rhône-Alpes has decided to take a stake in the capital of the start-up studio Grenoble Startup Maker. Details of the operation were not disclosed. As part of this partnership, Caisse d’Epargne will provide its strategic financial, operational and technical skills to develop Startup Maker projects.

Since its launch in 2014, the company led by Christophe Baillon notably launched Hexo + and iBubble, which produce drones that operate in the air and in the water respectively. This opening of capital should allow Startup Maker to launch up to 5 start-ups per year. The start-up studio has already announced four new concepts being tested in the areas of real estate, gaming and independent fruit and vegetable production.
