After raising nearly 100 million euros last February, the Finnish publisher of tablet games would have completed a new funding round that would value him $ 770 million (590 million euros)

Helsinki-based start-up Supercell was recently rated by Forbes as the fastest growing developmental gaming company.

Founded by Ilkka Paananen, the young startup raised nearly 100 million euros last February from three investors: Institutional Venture Partners, Index Ventures and Atomico.

Today, a new round of financing, the amount of which remains unknown, would value the company nearly 770 million dollars, or 590 million euros.

According to Business Insider, which reports the information, the company is currently generating nearly 2 million euros per day.

Last year, Supercell would have recorded nearly 100 million dollars (76 million euros) in turnover. An amount that would have climbed to 180 million dollars (138 million euros) in the first quarter of 2013 alone.

For now, the titles developed by Supercell, like Hay Day and Clash of Clans, are only available on iOS.
