The Lyon company V3D, specialized in measuring the quality of customer experience, has just announced a capital increase of € 2.2 million with Iris Capital and Siparex Proximity Innovation.
Founded in 2007 and taken over in 2010 by 2 former co-founders of Swapcom, V3D has developed a platform called EQual One for mobile operators.
This aims to transcribe the experience perceived by the customer and therefore allows operators to improve the quality of service. Concretely, at a time when mobile data traffic is exploding, this turnkey solution makes it possible to measure the quality of the operators’ network by using the resources of the millions of smartphones deployed on the market.
Thanks to this fundraising, the company intends to develop new product lines and continue its expansion in the international market of mobile operators.
V3D currently has 16 employees and had previously finalized a funding round of € 1 million with the same investors.
