The study “2013 Digital Future in Focus – The Digital Market in France” scans the French digital sector by reviewing web and mobile uses, video consumption and even online commerce.
In December 2012, 70% of phones purchased in France were smartphones. Their penetration rate on the French market is 53%. 48.3% of smartphones are equipped with the Android operating system, i.e. 13 points more than in December 2011.

However, mobile still represents less than 10% of the total audience of these brands.
