Advertising management inMobi has just published the latest figures on mobile advertising investments. According to this study, dubbed the “Mobile Insights Report”, the European mobile advertising market recorded an increase of 53% over the quarter which ended last October. InMobi reports nearly 21.9 billion impressions each quarter in this geographic area.
The study also highlights the dominance of Android in this market:
- Indeed, during this quarter, the operating system of Google continued to nibble market share (+ 6%) to reach 28%.
- iOS for its part remains far behind with only 15% market share, a slight increase compared to the previous quarter.
- Nokia’s operating system, for its part, comes in 3rd position with 11% market share, a decrease of 3% compared to the previous quarter.
