SAV Group, a software publisher for e-commerce professionals to manage their after-sales service, announces a fundraising of 5 million euros from CapHorn Invest and its historical investors (FaDiese, FRCI, C3P) . It also publishes the B2C site monSAV.com.
In 2011, two years after being incubated at the Lyon School of Management during the last year of founder Vincent Torres, SAV Group raised 250,000 euros from Petit Poucet, a fund to help student entrepreneurship. “During my last year of study at EM LYON I worked on this business creation project, to discover during the market study that this support element of the distribution value chain, called “necessary evil” by distributors, was not addressed by the digital revolution ”, says Vincent Torres.
The company markets a SaaS platform. It promises to simplify the procedures for the consumer and to optimize the costs for the retailers, in particular on the return of the products bought or on the complaints. Among her clients, she claims La Redoute, Fnac and Rueducommerce.
Among its competitors, several SaaS management software, such as Clouddi, Dimo Maint, but also Salesforce with its service desk.
With this fundraising, the group plans to deploy its platform in Europe under the entity revers.io.
