The Ebuzzing group has just launched its application for iPhone and iPad. This allows users to follow the videos that are buzzing in social networks in real time, but also to discover the hottest topics published by blogs and online media. The free application includes the Top Videos, Top Blogs and Top News and finally allows you to create your own themes in order to personalize the information or select the most influential blogs in a given area.
The Rent Observatory of the Paris agglomeration (Olap), for its part, has just launched a new free app for smartphones allowing to know the levels of Parisian rents, district by district. To access the price ranges, all you have to do is geolocate yourself or enter an address. The estimates are based on data from nearly 17,000 sightings made in Paris.
Finally, eBay announced the upcoming launch of a new version of its Android application. This overhaul will notably allow mobile users to sell items directly from their smartphones from next April. This will allow users to buy, pay and sell their items from a single application.
